The Workers' Safety and Compensation Commission funds a Workers' Advisor to help workers better understand the WSCC system.

The Workers' Advisor can:    

• get information for you from the WSCC;
• talk to the WSCC about your claim;
• explain WSCC process and decisions;
• help to determine if you need more information to support your case;
• review file evidence;
• help to prepare and present your case to all WSCC decision-making levels; and
• help you and your family find other community services that you might need.

The Workers' Advisor is independent of the WSCC, and provides an impartial source of assistance. All contacts with the Workers' Advisor are confidential.
