Workplace Safety Planning for COVID-19

Employers must have an Exposure Control Plan in place, which plans for the risk of all communicable diseases, including COVID-19 transmission in their workplace. 

Here are the steps that employers should follow to identify the safety measures and procedures that need to be in place to run your workplace safely.

Stay informed, be prepared, and follow public health advice. Remember everyone must follow Public Health Orders for your region and community, and employers should review their Exposure Control Plan and risk assessments regularly to keep their plans up-to-date. Safety planning should be part of every workday.
